About St Clare's

St Clare's Catholic Primary School, Narellan Vale belongs to a system of schools administered by Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong. St Clare’s school exists within the parish of St Paul’s Camden and is located in Narellan Vale, approximately one hour's drive south-west of Sydney.

St Clare’s is a vibrant Catholic co-educational primary school committed to every student finding meaning and purpose through continual growth in faith and improvement in learning.

We ensure every student is provided with a contemporary, personalised learning program that will equip them with the knowledge and skills for a changing world. Our students build positive relationships and develop their learning capacity in an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages a lifelong love of learning.

Since 2009, St Clare’s has been operating as a fully three-stream school with an enrolment of over 600 and a staff of over 40, accommodated in modern, attractive and well-resourced facilities.

The school first commenced in 1994 with a single classroom and administration block. To accommodate the growth of enrolments in the school, a number of additional learning spaces have been added to create a relatively modern and well-equipped school. In 2006, the school library was completed along with three General Learning Areas (GLAs). Then in 2008 another six GLAs were added to complete the facilities for a modern three-stream school.

During the 2010 Building the Education Revolution (BER), funds were utilised to refurbish the Year 3 and 4 block, expand the school canteen, reconfigure the school administration building, expand the school car park and construct a modest school hall.
